Ruchira Foods reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product. As a policy, orders once placed and paid for will not be cancelled.
Ruchira Foods adhere to a strict policy of no replacement. We ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility for replacement in following cases:
The item may be lost or damaged during transit
The wrong item is delivered to you In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item or we will refund the order amount. The replacement request needs to be made by customer within 24 hours after receiving the product. Refund will be done through online mode in 6-8 working days if applicable. For a replacement, customer has to email us with Order Number and the reason for the request along with the photo proof in case the consignment is damaged.
No refunds will given under any circumstances if a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address provided by the user, recipient not available, receiver refuses delivery or any other related reasons.
Cancellation, replacement, and/or refund request by the customer will be accepted or rejected at the sole discretion of the Ruchira Foods
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping will be done within 5 days of the order placed and delivery will be done in 7 working days.
